Ro’s Precise Painting & Powder Coating, Inc. is a full-service Contractor with a skilled labor force specializing in Painting, High Performance Coatings, Wall Covering, Resinous Flooring, Polish Concrete, Sandblasting and Powder Coating. Our company strives to deliver top quality exceptional service through our genuineness, customer commitment and teamwork. Company History
In 1991, at the age of 28, Romeo Garza founded Ro’s Precise Painting & Powder Coating, Inc. out of a shop in his back yard on the outskirts of Sanger. He started off as a residential Painting Contractor, but a few years shortly after starting, he slowly transitioned into commercial and public works and strayed away from residential.
Romeo who is the fourth youngest of nine siblings was born and raised in Sanger, CA. This is where his parents immigrated to in the 1950’s from Cadereyta, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. As they settled, both his parents worked in the fields and eventually started a small catering business called Garza’s Cooking. Growing up, since about the age of seven, Romeo’s parents had him and his siblings working in the fields, as well as helping them cater. This taught him about responsibility and contributing at a very young age. Over time he realized he wanted a different future for himself. His freshman year of high school he started working with his older brother for a local Painting Contractor as summer help and continued to work there every summer as needed. That is where his passion for the painting business began. Throughout high school Romeo was a part of the Sanger Apaches Football team, which he gives props to for helping him become the business man he is today.
After graduating high school, Romeo went on to work for multiple Painting contractors trying to find the right team to work for. While working for these contractors he acquired a great deal of knowledge and experience that he incorporated into creating his own team.

Romeo Garza
President/CEO
As President of Ro’s Precise Painting & Powder Coating, Inc., Romeo Garza brings over 30 years of experience in the painting & coating industry to the company. Romeo’s responsibilities include all aspects of managing projects, including estimating, reviewing contracts, meeting with Contractors, and conducting job site visits. Additionally, Romeo handles the scheduling of up-coming projects, scheduling employees to job sites, supervises technical staff, as well as sets course and direction for policies and procedures for the corporation. “To succeed in life, you need to learn and know how to work as a Team.” Romeo has been blessed to have found his ideal team here at RPPI.
